Tech N9ne Announces New Collaboration Album

The rapper has had a fantastic year, including a spectacular performance on Lil Wayne’s ‘Tha Carter IV’. It has been announced that he will be releasing a new album that is entitled ‘Welcome To Strangeland’ on November 8th, the same day as his birthday. This album will feature a series of collaborations with a variety f artists who are either signed to or affiliated with his label Strange Music. Such artists include Brotha Lynch Hung, Ces Cru, Krizz Kaliko, Jay Rock, Prozak, Irv Da Phenom, Stevie Stone, Liz Suwandi, Kutt Calhoun, and Bernz and Wrekonize of ¬°MAYDAY! There will be others, and it will be interesting to see who they are and how they fit in with Tech N9ne’s sound.

Tech N9ne has said that the fact that all of the artists he is collaborating with have something to do with Strange Music means that they all have the right style and quality. If you get your hands on this album when it is out and are listening to it at home while playing Party poker or driving in the car on your way to work, you will be very likely to notice that they all have a style that can be traced back to the Strange Music label. Leading the album is ‘The Noose’, produced by Plex Luthor. This features Wrekonize, the former MTV battle-rap champion, and Bernz, from the Miami-based hip-hop sextet ¬°Mayday!

This song has been inspired by Tech N9ne’s recent visit to Camp Pendleton with U.S. Troops who had been injured in combat. This is said to be one of the most daring and morbid songs of his whole career. At the moment, Tech N9ne is on his 42-date tour ‘Lost Cities’. It will be running through November 19th and is a great chance for fans to see him perform.
